In late July, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) held their virtual Summer Policy Summit to bring together state utility regulators, stakeholder groups, and federal regulators to discuss policy issues and continue their mission of providing safe, reliable, and affordable energy.
During the virtual conference, Regina Davis, director of communications at NARUC, connected with Vicki Trees, vice president of policy & industry relations at Landis+Gyr. They discussed the priorities shaping the energy industry including renewable integration, reliability, consumer engagement, and the impacts of the pandemic on utilities and their processes.
