Gridstream Connect Apps Ecosystem

Gridstream® Connect Apps Ecosystem is designed to make it easy for utilities and their clients to leverage the wealth of energy information available via the meter as a sensor. Our goal is to empower a community of application developers, and to enable utilities to manage apps on the meter, all supported by an ecosystem that allows for creation, purchase, sale, and management of apps. Apps developed with App Studio are made available in App Marketplace. From there, the utility admin imports them into App Manager for device provisioning and registration, and ongoing application lifecycle management. The apps are then downloaded to endpoints via the AMI network. This open application ecosystem also supports a robust Developer Community, where members can share technical information, successes, advice, tips and tricks, to create a broad user-informed knowledge base.
