Landis+Gyr Group AG (SIX: LAND), a leading global provider of integrated energy management solutions, today appointed Prasanna Venkatesan as Executive Vice President and Head of Americas and a member of the Group Executive Management, with immediate effect. Sean Cromie, current Executive Vice President and Head of Americas, is leaving Landis+Gyr to pursue new professional challenges.

Prasanna Venkatesan has been with Landis+Gyr for over 18 years as an accomplished executive with deep expertise in IoT, smart grid technology, and software and analytics. Through his recent leadership roles in Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, he has consistently delivered impactful business transformation, strengthened customer relationships, forged innovative partnerships, and supported investments in sustainable growth and energy transition.
