Landis+Gyr Shareholders Elect Fabian Rauch as New Director

Cham, Switzerland – August 26, 2024

Today, during a virtually held Extraordinary General Meeting, the shareholders of Landis+Gyr Group AG (SIX: LAND) elected Fabian Rauch as a new director. A total number of 18,103,301 shares were represented, corresponding to 62.62% of the share capital of Landis+Gyr Group AG.

Fabian Rauch, co-founder and Managing Partner of the new anchor shareholder Spectrum Entrepreneurial Ownership (SEO), was elected with 99.32% as a new member of the Board of Directors for a term of office until the next Annual General Meeting. Fabian Rauch replaces the representative of KIRKBI, Peter Bason, who resigned from the Board with effect of today's meeting.
